Boulder sits 5363 ft above sea-level. The town of 100,000 is about 1 hour due West of the Denver Interational Airport and about 40 minutes North West from downtown Denver. Weather in July and August is sunny and mild with only occassional rain showers.

Driving - Denver is approximately 13 hours drive from Dallas, Tx, If approaching from the Dallas area, it is usually faster to go through Amarillo than it is to go through Kansas. Here are some suggested driving directions from Mapquest.

Shuttle - Boulder Supershuttle Is a good means for getting to and from the airport. From the Supershuttle website you can schedule pickups and dropoffs online. Alternately, you can make arrangements via phone at: 303-227-0000. Shuttles depart for Boulder hotels hourly from DIA. Cost is $20 one way, $38 round-trip, $10 for each additional person in a party. It is located in the downtown area not far from Pearl Street Mall, the heart of the shopping and restaurant district. The Boulderado is less than one block from the First Congregational Church where the wedding ceremony will take place.

Organized July 17, 1864, First Congregational Church was the second Congregational Church in Colorado. The current building is constucted of Boulder sandstone in Gothic Revival style. The Church was designated a historical landmark in 1975. For more information about this church: http://www.firstcong.net. The wedding ceremony will be held in the main church sanctuary. Enter on the Pine Street side. Refer to maps at bottom of this page.

Directions to the Hotel Boulderado from Denver International Airport
Exit the airport on Pena Blvd. Continue until you reach I-70 West.
Take I-70 West to the I-270 North exit, which is exit #279, towards Fort Collins.
Take I-270 North to Hwy. 36 West exit, towards Boulder.
Continue on Hwy. 36 into Boulder (Hwy. 36 becomes 28th street) until reaching Canyon Blvd. (3rd stoplight)
Canyon Blvd. take a left (3rd stop light) to 13th Street.
At 13th street, take a right and proceed 3 1/2 blocks (past Spruce street)
The Hotel, 2115 13th Street, will be on your left. There is no lighted sign, but look for the Green Awning
From downtown Denver and points south:
Take I-25 north towards US 36 and Boulder. Exit at US 36 (Exit 217), which exits from the the left lane. Proceed heading northwest on US 36, also known as the Boulder Turnpike. Follow directions as stated above.
From I-70, the mountains and points west:
Take I-70 east towards Denver.
Take Exit 244 onto US Hwy. 6
Follow US Hwy. 6 through Coal Creek Canyon to Colorado Hwy. 93. There is a stoplight at the intersection.
Turn Left (North) on Colorado Hwy 93.
Follow Colorado 93 15 miles to Boulder (turns into Broadway).
Continue on Broadway through Downtown Boulder to Pine Street.
Right on Pine street to 13th Street (1 block)
Right on 13th Street 1/2 block to the Hotel entrance and park in the loading zone while checking into the Hotel.
From the North:
Take I-25 South to Colorado Hwy. 52 exit (Dacono exit)
Take a right onto Colorado Hwy. 52 and follow to Colo. Hwy. 119 (stop light in front of IBM).
Take a left and follow Colo. Hwy. 119 into Boulder and get off at the Diagonal and Hwy. 119 exit.
Take a right at exit, this street becomes Iris.
Take a left on Broadway (Iris dead-ends at Braodway) and follow to Pine street.
Take a left on Pine street and an immediate (1 block) right at 13th street.
On 13th Street go 1/2 block to the Hotel entrance (Watch for Green Awning on your right (West)) and park in the loading zone while checking into the Hotel.
